1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased from Prestige Jewell under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: You can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized jewelry, final sale items, and any products that have been worn or altered in any way.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@prestigejewell.com or call us at (518) 731-6920 within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), including the RA number, and ship it back to us at the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in eligible condition, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process once the returned item is received and inspected. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, orders will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow our return process if you wish to return the item.
